Each Jackson County records request must reach the agency responsible for the original file. Because this is a private resource rather than a public office, requests cannot be received or processed here.

This Is Not a Government Office. Jackson County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve an official record, perform a government background check, correct or remove an entry, or receive a sealing or expungement filing. Those services remain with the responsible public agency.

The clerk posts Monday hours of 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Friday closed. Calling first is prudent because the published schedule is limited.
